LaRiviere has a culture that promotes an injury-free work environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients, and others who enter our construction sites.
LaRiviere is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of safety for our employees, customers, subcontractors, and the public. The goal of our safety program is to effectively minimize the number of jobsite accidents, including personal injury, property damage, and equipment damage. Done by:
- Establishing the means to provide a safe working environment for our employees and others on the jobsite, including methods for reporting accidents and near-misses
- Promoting education in matters of safety and health
- Acknowledging safety as the responsibility of each supervisor and employee
